Research using Tensilica's Technology
We have worked in DSP algorithm and application for many years. Recently, we began research on Computer Architecture and are interested in Tensilica's configurable DSP architecture.
We have a course, Advanced Computer Architecture for graduate students majoring in electrical engineering. Because the content requires updating next year, we have added the Configurable Processor to the course.
We participate in the AVS standard workshop, along with Dr. Zhang, who is one of the AVS audio subgroup committee. We are developing AVS video decoder based on VDO388. Also another project is on MP4 video decoding based on HiFi330.
In conclusion, we want to use Tensilica Tools in our Advanced Computer Architecture course/update project and our AVS audio coder/decoder implementation verification based on DSP project.
