Fujitsu To Use Tensilica Processor IP


Santa Clara, Calif., November 15, 1999 ... Tensilica Inc., a Santa Clara-based provider of application-specific processor technology, today announced that the Transport Systems Group of Fujitsu Limited has entered into a license agreement with the company for its Xtensa processor technology. Fujitsu will use Tensilica’s processor generator for the development of embedded microprocessors for use in variety of future communications products.
